Avoir réussi le Sauv'nage (évaluation, s'inscrire ici). - Jeunes A : 3 séances piscine hebdomadaires - Jeunes B : 2 séances piscine hebdomadaires (Sélection en A ou B à voir avec l'entraineur selon le niveau de pratique.) | Poursuivre son parcours en natation artistique et préparer le "Pass'Compétition Natation Artistique" ; les épreuves "Synchro'Nat". Participer aux compétitions (solos, duos, ballets). |
